The Ardagh Group, parent company of Heye International, announced that is has completed the acquisition of Verallia North America (VNA). The glass division of Ardagh now comprises of 36 plants, 20 in Europe and 16 in the US.
Heye International will now join forces with GPS America, VNA's local engineering division.This move will strengthen Heye International's global position, getting closer to its American customers and generating synergies between both businesses.
