Safety workshop planned prior to Glassman Lyon

Technical Directors and Plant Managers from the international glass container community will meet in the old town of Lyon on 5th May 2015 – the day before Glassman Europe exhibition takes place in the French city – for a workshop devoted to the critical subject of safety:

‘Safety in the plant – Safety for consumers’.

Organised and hosted by Heye International GmbH, this invitation only meeting will emphasise the importance of safety for glass plants, as well as their customers.

Heye International has worked closely with representatives from IRIS Inspection machines to create an interesting half day English language programme. Speakers from Heye will review the application of

<link internal-link>Industry 4.0 concepts in the <link internal-link>Heye SpeedLine IS-Machine in combination with the <link internal-link>Heye Multilevel Safety Concept.

The latest innovations in glass container inspection will also be discussed, with Heye highlighting the <link internal-link>PlantPilot information management system and the non-contact features of its <link internal-link>SmartLine series. IRIS Inspection machines is presenting the latest advances in Evolution non-contact inspection systems.

The event starts at 12:00, with a brunch/lunch and that evening, customers will be entertained at a dinner in the old town of Lyon.
