SpeedLine IS-machine ready for training in TG, DG, or SG operation. Gaining Heye Process Control and NNPB skills also form an important part of the Heye training portfolio.

• Cold End: Step into our state-of-the-art SmartLine setup, featuring the latest equipment in a stylish environment, complete with a vibrant graffiti wall and a modern training corner.

Heye has introduced a new generation of scoops, which are characterised by superior accuracy and remarkable cooling efficiency.

ADVANTAGES

• Precision manufactured profile / cross section:
  • Precise gob guidance at entrance thanks to exactly defined scoop geometry
  • Reduced swinging of the gob inside the scoop
  • The gob is precisely guided from the scoop into the downstream gob loading system (LoadMaster)

The SmartLine 2 presented at the show contained an improved motion control concept, reducing the costs of spare parts inventory and improving performance.  

Further new developments have been made in the area of AI. As a complement to the Ranger 2 check detection system, we launched an additional image processing variant that includes further AI functions.

HiSHIELD RTR, the retrofitted CO machine from Heye, gives the glass manufacturer the opportunity to replace obsolete parts of the existing star wheel inspection machine with the latest mechanical and electronic components. This ensures that your machines operate at maximum efficiency and reduced downtime. In addition, Heye’s newly developed servo drive technology results in higher inspection speed and flexibility. A modern user interface with the latest functions makes operation easier, faster and more intuitive.
