The Heye SmartLink provides glassmakers with detailed manufacturing process data for individual analysis, acting as a secure data gateway. Users can store and analyse equipment data to gain insights into key production metrics, utilising features such as JSON data exchange format and MQTT-Broker communication for a truly smart manufacturing process. GobMaster and TIS (Thermal Image Sensor) directly influence the most important process parameters through monitoring and subsequent regulation. We integrate the needs and specifications from the industry into our own product strategy in direct customer exchange. And, of course, a plant where more defect-free bottles are produced from every tonne of glass is a more sustainable plant.

We will showcase the Double Motor Shears at our stand. The key enhancement lies in the redesigned shear arms featuring an innovative gob guide. This new design offers improved rigidity, resulting in enhanced precision and extended durability for this easy-to-maintain equipment.

The double servo shears mechanism is one of Heye's top sellers in the market. Main reasons are the cutting precision, the long lifetime and the ease of use (easy change of shear blades).

The solution is ready for different feeder types. The shear blades move on a circular arc. Thus, a nearly wear- and backlash-free suspension of the shear arms is realised.

Outdated parts of customer’s existing star wheel inspection machine will be replaced against Heye’s latest mechanical and electronic components, ensuring your machines operate at highest efficiency and reduced downtime.

Additionally, we ensure higher inspection speed and flexibility with our redeveloped servo drive technology.
